REFUNDS
You can cancel the order or change the shipping address anytime before we send the products out to you. But once the product has been shipped out, we can’t refund or change the address.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If the product you received is a defective one, please send us the proof to mondisposable@gmail.com , and after checking, we can send you a new one, we don't refund on any disposable clothes and underwear after order shipping out. (On sale products do not accept after-sales service in principle)
RETURNS
We don't accept returns on our disposable clothes and underwear, If the product you received is a defective one, please send us the proof to mondisposable@gmail.com , and after checking, we can send you a new one in you next order, we dont refund on any disposable clothes and underwear order shiping out. TAX ISSUES
Because clothes are normal products, we can only send them according to the express package and tax in ourside. We will declare to the customs according to the best policy. Some countries detain the goods due to customs tax issues or extra tax fee, and we are not responsible for this.
Missing Order
If your order is missing during shipping, send us an email, and after checking it out, we can send you a new one.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to mondisposable.com warehouse.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
